The SneezyMUD forums were created to allow our users to communicate with one another on the web to discuss the MUD, suggest ideas, report minor bugs, brag about triumphs, show off trophies, post logs and generally chat about various topics, MUD or otherwise.
These forums are at their best when everyone is considerate to one another and generally follows the "
golden rule."
That said, there are a few more specific policies that SneezyMUD expects all users to be familiar with:
- SneezyMUD does not discriminate based on race, sex, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity, and we do not tolerate any promotion of hatred or harassment.
- SneezyMUD will not tolerate any threats of "real life" violence.
- Unauthorized distribution of another user's real-life personal information via any SneezyMUD resource is strictly prohibited.
- SneezyMUD resources will not be used for illegal activities of any kind. (It is not SneezyMUD's responsibility to inform users of state and federal law, so educate yourselves.)
Violation of the above policies will result in banishment from the forums and MUD.
Other inappropriate uses of the SneezyMUD forums:
- Publicly posting critical bugs or exploits. Please email mudadmin@sneezymud.com instead.
- Posing as a staff member of SneezyMUD to post false information.
- Spamming/Scamming/Trolling.
- Circumventing a ban or publicly discussing disciplinary actions.
The above actions may result in warnings or bans, depending on severity.
SneezyMUD reserves the right to add or modify its forum policies at any time.
We also reserve the right to moderate any thread, including editing or deleting posts. This is something we attempt to minimize.
Our
old forum policies are still in effect. Strikes are now counted using karma.
