On a cape horn buffalo - read as "domestic" apparently, but I cannot charge.

I think I documented this somewhere.  The requirement is advanced riding + <ride skill> has to be > 150.  Something like that.

Just try charge again,
even with max riding everything,
sometimes it tells me I cannot use a rhino to charge once in awhile.

Also, you're more likely to be able to charge with more advanced mounts while you don't have ANY advanced riding skill,
it seems it just skips that check, I do not know if they ever fixed that.

But for awhile there until I maxxed advanced riding, I was worse off than with none :P
