I'm not sure how others feel about it, but I've been helping out newbies when they pop in and the one bit of feedback I get is that they love grouping.  I wondered if there might be a little something we could do to encourage grouping at least among the newbies/low levels - if not in general.  I had two thoughts on groups, one I've already mentioned here (that greater number of members in a group leads to high percentage of a load). 

The other idea is to try to create group types - generally it's something like different classes together will create a group type that yields 1) better load rate and 2) a special feature.

Each group would have to be a minimum of 4 chars, and you'd have to come up with a combo of classes, so for example:

Holy Warrior: at least 3 cleric types (including deikhan) and 1 other class would trigger a "Holy Warrior" status and something like the gods would take notice and create a lightning storm, so they could call lightning - and get some mild buff (+dex) or something.

Wrecking Crew:  at least 3 pure melee chars  in a 4 man group:  so 3 monks or 3 warriors or something like that - would all get a regen bonus or a focus bonus for greater special attack success. 

Coven:  At least 3 casters in a 4 man group:  higher crit rate  - maybe mobs would be guaranteed to load a spellbag with some comps.  Or maybe this would be the highest load rate combo (since casters needed to invest in component gathering time).

I don't know if this of interest, but it seemed like a fun way to encourage grouping and add something to the game.   It would especially be something to keep some newbies more interested I think.
